The kids are alright – thanks to MyDental!
A pioneering preventative dentistry plan by MyDental looks set to revolutionise the dental health of our younger patients.
From the first day we opened out doors, we’ve looked to do things differently and to offer a dental service that simply isn’t available elsewhere. Our latest initiative is typical of this approach of constantly challenging the status quo.
We’ve taken the big and bold step of telling all our adult patients that they can send their children for FREE treatment at the clinic. The offer applies to children under 12 years of age.
What this means, in practice, is that children of patients can receive free fillings, fissure seals and other standard dental procedures. The offer is open to the children of current or past paying patients of the clinic.
The move takes on an extra significance when you consider factors such as the closing of the HSE Dental Clinic at St James Hospital, plus the fact that children are having to get dental treatment in another district under the schools dental programme.
Here’s a summary of what our patients’ children will receive for FREE, and the offer extends up till March 31st2015:
Children will benefit from the expertise of our four registered dentists, three of whom are also qualified implantologists while another is a qualified periodontal surgeon.
The free treatment plan will not include orthodontic treatment and surgical procedures which will be charged at the clinics policy of the best price in the market.
That said, however, we offer exceptional prices for treatments like clear braces, which fall outside of the scope of this offer. Clear braces cost a lot less than you might think, and remember that you can avail of our 0% Dental Finance Plan, which allows you spread the cost over 3, 6 or 9 months.
The bottom line is that, if you’ve been a paying customer in the past – or are currently paying for treatment – younr children under 12 could avail of this very special offer. But hurry – it’s a limited offer that closes on March 31st 2015.
Also, remember that chilren under 12 are vey ‘pliable’ in terms of their behaviour – including how they care for their teeth. Giving them a good example is very important, so all the information that we share in this forum should be shared with your children.
And when they’re very young, of course, SHOWING them what to do is much more important that TELLING them what to do, so let brushing time be a family affair.
Good dental health and good dental habits are great gifts to give to your children, so make sure you put it top of your list in terms of advice and leadership that you give to your children.
